Concluded the first phase of the 6th International children's television festival "Dytiatko". The participation in the competition program of the festival will take 97 works from 25 countries.

Acceptance of applications and works for the 6th International Children's Television Festival "Dytiatko" has been finished. 518 works by 399 participants from 58 countries were submitted to the organizing committee, with 99 works claimed as the debut. The largest number of works has beensubmitted in the following categories: "Best children's film" – 290, "Best Animated Film by children's Studio" – 53, "Best fiction film bychildren's television studio" - 38.

In the framework of the holiday the Park's guests got acquainted with the best works of children's studios - participants of the International children's television festival "Dytiatko" and the activities of CIFEJ, International centre of films for children and youth.
Within two months of work admission (according to the Provisions of the festival, the admission of works for competition is carried out from February 1 till August 15) the Organizing Committee received 76 applications and works from 71 participants. Geography of the festival expanded substantially. Today participants represent 30 countries of the world including Asia and Africa, South and North America, Europe and Australia.
In 2013, the fifth children's TV festival "Dytiatko" was held. But lots of things happened at this anniversary festival for the first time. For the first time, the number of studios participating in the competition, exceeded one hundred. And for the first time "CIFEJ Days in Ukraine" were held during the festival.

Today a solemn closing ceremony of V International Children Television Festival “Dytiatko” took place in Kharkiv. The festival was held under the patronage of the head of Kharkiv Regional Council Sergii Chernov.
